Backup saving and management

This type of service allows the Owner to save and manage backups of this Application on external servers managed by the service provider itself. The backups may include the source code and content as well as the data that the User provides to this Application.

Amazon Glacier is a service to save and manage backups provided by Amazon Web Services Inc.

Heat mapping and session recording

Heat mapping services are used to display the areas of this Application that Users interact with most frequently. This shows where the points of interest are. These services make it possible to monitor and analyse web traffic and keep track of User behaviour.
Some of these services may record sessions and make them available for later visual playback.

Datadog RUM (Datadog, Inc.)

Datadog RUM Browser is a session recording and monitoring service provided by Datadog, Inc.

Hosting and backend infrastructure

Datadog is a monitoring service provided by Datadog, Inc.
The way Datadog is integrated means that it filters all traffic of this Application, i.e., communication between the Application and the User's browser or device, while also allowing analytical data on this Application to be collected.

Managing contacts and sending messages

This type of service makes it possible to manage a database of email contacts, phone contacts or any other contact information to communicate with the User.

Amazon Simple Email Service is an email address management and message sending service provided by Amazon.com Inc.

Managing data collection and online surveys

This type of service allows this Application to manage the creation, deployment, administration, distribution and analysis of online forms and surveys in order to collect, save and reuse Data from any responding Users.

• Personal Data collected for the purposes of the Owner’s legitimate interests shall be retained as long as needed to fulfill such purposes.
